You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organisation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its social and community features.
You must not post or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
You must not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app’s operation or other users’ experience.
You must not use the app to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or malware.
Group hosts and members are responsible for conduct within their groups and events. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these rules.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
We may remove content or disable access to content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, without prior notice.
5. Groups, events, and chat
Groups and events are created and managed by users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, attendance, or outcomes of any gathering.
Chat and messaging features are provided for communication between members. Do not share sensitive financial or personal information with people you do not trust.
Lucky draws, games, and kitty-money features are for entertainment among your group. Any financial arrangements between members are your sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The WelcomeKitty name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by D2I Technology or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or code without written permission.
7. Third-party services
The app may integrate third-party services such as maps, media hosting, and push notifications. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. You use the app at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D2I Technology and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D2I Technology from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence where applicable.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
